Information Collection

NetMails.NET is the sole owner of the information collected at our websites. NetMails.NET collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Registration

In order to use this Web site, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information, such as name and the current email address. We use this information to contact the user about services on our site. We currently do not collect any other demographic information from the user during registration.

Order

We use PayPal to collect payments from subscribers. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and billing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used by PayPal for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. Your credit card information is accessed only by the PayPal ordering system. Information Use

Profile

We do not generate, maintain, share, or distribute profile information from visitors. Account information for users who have signed up and logged in are stored in our system. This includes your email settings, contact information and information about external email accounts.

Cookies

Although NetMails.NET uses cookies, it is possible to disable cookies and still use NetMails.NET. We use URL based session information to make the service work without cookies. However, URL based sessions are less secure than those using cookies. Hence we recommend turning cookies on.

Some of our business partners use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers). However, you may disable third party cookies and still access all our services.

Log Files

Like most standard Web sites, we use log files. This includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Special Offers and Updates

Whenever you enter an external email address anywhere on our website, we will send a confirmation mail to that address in order to verify your claim over that address. However, these communications are not promotional in nature. We do not engage in any kind of co-marketing efforts targeting our account holders.

Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email.
